Deterioration Reveal

Remember Seth Apter's Deterioration Challenge? This was my wrapped pieces that hung out doors for months to see what would become of them. And now we are revealing what we did with the packet of (in my case) only slightly deteriorated pieces from a rather mild bay area California winter; the only thing I added was the background brown paper bag from the grocery store that had words on it:

I sewed all the pieces down and then cut that piece into smaller pieces, and then cut some more

and sewed them down and again and again a few more times to get this arrangement you see here.

I added just a little top sewing stitches besides the sewing down stitches to add a bit of interest,

hopefully. LOL I wouldn't call this my greatest art work to date, but I did have fun joining the group, and participating in the whole process. Thanks Seth, I enjoyed the ride.
