Animal Wednesday from A friend's Farm

We had a delightful visit last week with Cris and Con (follow link to Cris' blog and meet all her animals again and again! ) on their little mini farm, in Roseburg, Oregon. Actually we had two visits with them. One on our way up to Portland to visit our family there, and one on the way back.

We got to meet the sheep they have grazing in their field behind their house. Cris is feeding carrots to the big sheep above.

My husband had fun meeting all the chickens and learning their names.

I was pleased with how well my photos came out.

And Daisy the cat rested in the sun room where we all gathered to chat when we weren't outside in the yard.

Cris has a beautiful garden full of blooming daisies, hydrangeas, petunias, and roses, among others. It was so pretty sitting out there and seeing them all.

We also had play time with Annie and Milo, the two dogs in residence.
Thanks Cris for lending your models for my Animal Wednesday Post this week!
