Lest you think...
Lest you think I am not creating...I AM!
I have been knitting a wild bumpy-yarn scarf...
and I created a bag that I may not ever post...
not sure I like it enough...but it's not done either.
I have been setting up an ETSY store (two full weekend days
and tonight as well)...
and the list of rules and how-tos are unending...
some harder than I can figure out how to do...
but so far I have managed with help from Karen Smithey
from Art In The Garage to get my mini etsy on my blog
side bar so you can at least see how to get to the store
should you care to take a look. You are all welcome!
A grand opening it is not quite yet, but hopefully soon.
Car repair news is: the car goes to the body shop on Friday.
It will probably take 2 weeks to repair.
The good news is my insurance pays for a rental car and gas
for the entire time I am without my auto.
Good news is: My physical body has not shown any signs of disrepair
due to this accident of last Friday! ;-)

Good news about getting the car fixed and your body feeling just fine. I saw your Etsy store and it looks great, it will be interesting to see how it goes -
ReplyDeleteso happy you are not hurt and you're busy creating as usual...
ReplyDeletelots of love, dearest Lynn.
Lynn, glad you are okay after accident and have good insurance re: car. I peeked at yr shop. It looks great Lynn. A nice way to sell yr things. Will you add some cards too?
ReplyDeleteI had to smile when I read your first sentence. "Lest you think I'm not creating.... I AM! Lynn, you are one of the most creative people I know! :-)
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy visiting your blog and seeing the large variety of creative pieces. From your drawings, to your fabulous photographs, to your wonderfully inspirational quilting and knitting, to your fun costumes for your grandchildren. I love all of it!
On another note, I am SO happy to hear that you are alright. Cars can be fixed far more easily than people can. Even though you still have the hassle of repairs ahead, you have something extra to give thanks for this Thanksgiving.... your safety and well being. I'm sure your sweetheart and family will agree.
Big Hugs,
Terri
You are a lean mean creating machine. :))
ReplyDeleteAll that exercise you have been doing probably saved you from getting hurt in that wreck. :)
I am proud of you for getting your ETSY shop up and running. I dont think I could do it.
Bravo!
Now if only you could knit your car well again. LOL
Wow, you are such a go getter. I am so impressed with all you do. Knitting, blogging, working, grandkidding and now an etsy store. I am inspired!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to check out your etsy store now, so off I go
Terry
Hi Lynn, I know what you mean about Etsy. Took me that long too, maybe even more. I have lots of lookers there, but not many takers. May be the bad economy, may be me. I hope you do well in yours. Good to see that you've been busy.
ReplyDeleteHi Lynn, I should have posted this link with my post but it is the home page or zentangles
ReplyDeletehttp://zentangle.com/index.php

Happy you have no ill effects from the accident.
