Orange Flowers for Mandrin Orange Monday
These are the beautiful flowers my dear friend Patty gave me for our belated birthday celebration recently. (in August we celebrated my June birthday...things got in the way of it happening sooner)
The flowers live on...the sun coming through the tall living room window turns them on fire!
Finally they start to droop (it's September now!)...but still beauty reigns. Thanks again Patty!
I post this for Mandarin Orange Monday too. See more via the icon on my sidebar for that blog!

ReplyDeleteFantastic! You must paint from these too! I see a wonderful fauve sort of painting here. The colours are majestic and the shapes are so interesting - especially that last purple one. Love the the combination of brilliant orange and purple too.
