Henry V Wishes You All A Very Happy New Year on Animal Wednesday!

Here I am perched atop my fence a great distance from my house ...

But my mother-person, you call her Lynn, has her camera out ...

... and she has a way of bringing me in close, as I try to get a little space from the goings on inside the house. All sorts of cleaning and putting away of things makes me nervous; people visiting, now that is most upsetting; a cat needs his privacy you know. So I will just hang out here on the fence until the dust settles in there! Nice that the sun is shining and it's not too cold yet. Oh yeah, I heard the fire works last night. I know what time of year it is. So best wishes to all the dogs and cats and birds and two legged folks out there, Happy New Year! Meow!  HAW!!

PS: Seems that huge dog that used to live on the other side of this fence is gone, moved away! I knew I was most powerful and if I just hissed at him enough times he'd get his people to hit the road and they have. Good riddance!

  6. Happy New Year, Mon Cher Henry! We NEVER doubted you were more powerful than that *Mere* Canine across the fence! Pfffft! One hiss from your royal presence - and he is gone! A-ha-ha!

I hope calm is restored quickly to your main Chateau - so you can return and sink into deep sleep wherever and whenever you feel like it.

Please tell your *Mother-Person* she takes wonderful photos that really capture your regal presence!

    Love to all,

    ♥ Robin ♥

  7. Hello Henry, I totally understand what you mean...Lynne, thanks for stopping by my blog. I look forward to browsing through your drawings & posts. You are inspiring me as I had stopped sketching for awhile...
I found your videos of your darling baby, not sure what I clicked on to get there, another of your blogs perhaps? In any case, I can't tell you how moved & touched & enchanted I was by her & by you, her parents. Thank you heartily for sharing those moments.
