More Inspiration From my Garden

I continue to enjoy drawing and coloring on black paper using Gelli Roll pens. Some are Moonlight, some Metallic, some Neon. The model for this flower is one brightly colored orange from a pot in my yard.

And there the same flower is again in the container pot. It's funny as when I drew the one above I was not remembering that I had already drawn it earlier.

Cucumbers, Zucchini and tomatoes from my garden laid out on the table to draw and eat, later.

This is a sunflower from memory. With a bit of whimsical added!

I've become impassioned with gel pens and keep buying more and more stopping with a kit of 74 I found on Amazon. They are all good, the majority draw on black well, and they are least expensive buying in bulk this way. So a very good deal.

And just incase you thought I was done drawing people in public I've added her. She was actually wearing a black sweater, but pink worked better for me! I drew way more people this past week, but my phone balked or Blogger did, at adding anymore photos. I hope this isn't a precursor of things to come. If so I will have to figure out another way to blog.

I started in a group of artists agreeing to draw in each others art journals as they traveled full circle around the United States. My book left February 2015 and returned home this week, September 2016. It was worth the wait. Now filled with wonderful art from fifteen other artists.
I drew this cover upon it's homecoming.

I hope you are having a creative week!
Happy PPF.
