Our local quilt shop owner asked me if I'd let them (would I LET THEM?) hang my black and white "Ashley" quilt for the month of March in their shop. I am honored to have my quilt hanging for public display.
Thanks...the wooden hanger is theirs...I personally would prefer it hung from the back or just pinned to the wall so the whole border showed. But it was not my call.
Yes, FY, I do like this one. But then I become attached to all that I make somehow.
I enlarged it and could see all its beauty... the intricate patterns of the cloths and different shadings. Your composition is very stylish and artistic, Lynn.
Hi Lynn, I havent been reading my comments to my blogs and I am so glad my girlfriend told me I have a fan, I recognised you from my aunt's blogs (forever young)! Thank you so much for your positive response! ;-) Quilts are beautiful! ;-)
Lynn, you're famous! Congratulations on the honor. Your black and white quilt is just another example of your talent. My goodness, your talent overflows.
What a beautiful quilt clematis is? What a wonderful wedding gift. And congrats on having your work hung at the store. It is always cool to have our work 'out there'. Thanks for dropping by today. I enjoyed your comments and thanks for the encouragement. Blogging is great.
