Did you EVER make me smile. I thought what a bloomin fun post. I was amazed that someone with chicken and an awesome looking salad was wearing LONG sleeves. I'm still sweltering here and you guys are in long sleeves. Somehow, I live in the wrong part of the country. Now it's nearly 2 am in my neck of the woods, and I'm off to get a salad. Not only did you make me smile, you made me hungry (grin).
Your grandkids faces are so expressive. Ditto your daughter. I love that! Yes, the whole post made me smile. It seemed the one time the kids were still was when eating cake. That takes great concentration!!
