Sunshine and Fall Color! A Beautiful Day!

I haven't taken you on a walk with me
in a while...I've only taken a few myself outdoors of late.
But today the sun was shining, it was warm out, and I thoroughly enjoyed
walking from my office to the post office, and then

 down a few side streets
crunching in the leaves under my feet
visiting a few houses I drew and painted last month...

and just enjoying looking up into the sky
and in the distance seeing colors abound
 just about everywhere!
How I appreciate fall.
The crisp air,
the change of color in the leaves,
just feeling light with a bounce in my step.
A lot to be grateful for!

In the evenings I am crocheting and knitting; making more scarves getting ready for
holiday art market sales; gift making...
being creative and having fun!
Hope you are too.
;-)

  1. What a nice walk. Don't you just love the smell of those leaves drying up. A smell only during fall. I hope you have a nice weekend too.

  2. It's so nice to see somebody elses world and those buildings are so attractive - subjects ideal for art. I know exactly what you mean about scrunching on the fallen leaves, reminds me of being a kid again!

  4. Very lovely photos. I think I love the burgandys of Fall..like the colors you have here. Just gorgeous. I too posted some fall colors. All you need is a fire place to cozy up to while you are Knitting and creating. :))

I don't like autumn at all but must admit we had some pretty autumn days here too! When the weather is that crisp and sunny :)
Mostly it rains here a lot at fall and I don't like that.
