Book Update

This is the art going on the front cover of my book:

One Fish Taco and Half an Order of Guacamole
One year of drawing over lunches at Taco Jalisco

I have been working fast and furiously on my book for a couple of weeks now putting in very very long, long hours at the computer, toiling over the format offered up by BLURB publishing company for self publishing ones own tome.

There have been problems and crisis along the way, but I am not giving up, and if all goes well I will have it ready for sale BEFORE Christmas or shortly there after.

So if you think you might want a copy set aside a few extra dollars from your holiday shopping to treat yourself to sixty pages of lots of colorful art from my year of drawing at Taco Jalisco and a story to go along with it.
I think you will  not be disappointed.

I will make it available on line at the Blurb Bookstore; and as soon as I figure out how I will  put it for sale at Amazon.com also.  I want to wait to get copies back from both places first to make sure the quality is okay; and to let you know the differences in each production.

There is a give away on my blog this Friday coming up for a copy of ONE FISH TACO after publication. The give away is to commemorate my 200th follower on my blog. I now have 202! Fun to watch that grow over the past five years of blogging. And fun to see my art grow and my introduction through blogging to so many wonderful artists such as yourselves.

If  you want to have a chance at winning a copy of my book leave me a comment here telling me so.

I am linking this to Sunday Sketchers today and you can get there via the icon on my sidebar.

Enjoy what's left of this holiday weekend! I am so grateful for you all in my lives!
