My Book Is Selling!!!!


My book is now available for sale at http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/new, the Blurb Bookstore!or http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/3967201 If you just get to the NEW BOOKS put in the title of mine it pops right up when I wrote ONE...

It's been a heck of a ride, with lots of twists and turns, ups and downs, frustrations and joys! Right now I am in another hemisphere flying so high on my own adrenaline I won't be found for weeks to come!

I only just this minute posted the book for sale and before I could say "lickety split" I had three sales reported to me! Color me jubilant. So pleased that others want to hold my art in hand.

Carlos was here last night, AGAIN, making last minute edits, to make the final product as spiffy and perfect as it could be. Thank you Carlos. This would not have happened with out you on so many levels!!!!

 I am so proud! I've had several proud moments in my life, but this one now, at this stage of the game, is such a HUGE THING for me! I am sure I'll come down to earth before too long.

Thank you all for being here for me along the way. For your encouragement, inspiration, support, warm words, and friendships. I love you all!!! I appreciate you all!!!! I send you all a gillion hugs~!

      Thank you KJ, writing a book was a childhood dream, but I never envisioned illustrating one! Now I've done both! It's unbelievably grand! I hope it's still real when I wake up tomorrow!

      Thank you Patty. I am proud to be following in YOUR footsteps! I loved your book so much. And I gifted it to my SIL and she loved it too.
      As for inspiring you to draw more, well that IS icing on my cake! That pleases me more than you can imagine! I look forward to seeing your drawings!

    Congratulations, Lynn!!! How exciting. I hope you can somehow advertise it at Taco Jalisco so the patrons can buy it! They'll have fun identifying themselves and the food, etc.

      Thanks Susan, yes, we will, that is the plan! I'll also be showing it at the art show I am having next week. I am hanging a dozen pictures that are in the book, plus some small art quilts. The book will be there for folks to see too.

      Yes, Juana, a magical beginning to 2013! And yes again, my art show is this coming Friday evening, reception at 5-9pm. At The French Cuff in Davis, Calif. 130 G Street if any locals are reading this? Art will hang there for a month! Thanks for your congrats!

      So far eight books have sold! This is exciting. Other's have said they intend to buy it and I have just started "advertizing it locally"...so we shall see how far the interest reaches for such a tome!
