We were there a brief two days and then we hit the road again this time to No. Dakota.
The colors in the fields were bold and beautiful.
We saw fields full of these bigger than life flowers gone to seed. They looked like huge dandelions, the kind you blew and wished on as kids. But later I saw they were the after of big beautiful yellow flowers that looked like they might be from the lily family.

lOVELY LOVELY Field of yellow. wow and I loved the blue truck. It would fit right in this weekend here as we are having Graffit Weekend with all the old muscle cars. Looks like it was a fun trip.
I think I can see you being inspired by those fields for some more of your beautiful textile art.... I am seeing your textile ATC's for the first time too, and think the are just wonderful!
