Happy Animal Wednesday

I don't usually do dogs...being a cat's person...but this little guy has touched my heart. He is one of the dogs belonging to the family for whom I am doing the NY project (art quilt). I took it's photo they sent to me, reversed it (mirror image) on my printer, printed it out on paper, then pinned it to a piece of beige linen. I then proceeded to sew (thread painted) on the photo paper side
making sure to have thread in the bobbin that I wanted to show on the other "fabric" side. And then I sew a little on the "right side" too.
