Only In San Francisco on Animal Wednesday

On Sunday in SF we could not  help noticing this guy
walking his Iguana with a leash on the beach.

He was a good sized Iguana too!

Then there were the sea gulls lined up in the sand...
I think they were waiting for the people to drop a crust of sour dough bread their way.

And on the way back across the bridge I spotted these metal giraffes..............

I thought I'd throw in these California Poppies for added zest to your week!

Happy Animal Wednesday!

  1. Lynn....a man and his *San Francisco*! What a great shot.... the Iguana appears to be enjoying his stroll...

Love your other scenes too! The *Giraffes* look more like *Dinosaurs* to me! A-ha-ha!

    Have a wonderful week!

    HAW! (And Kiss the King!)

  2. Oh too funny. Walking an Iguana?? How fast was it going? Great photos. I can feel the breezes, hear the seagulls and smell the seaweed. Ahhhhhh Its been awhile since I have been to the Beach.

  3. Lynn, I love Iguanas! And the beach and SF! I miss it.
I did miss Henry though, give him my love :-).
    Glad you had fun.

  4. How special this guy with his pet!
We had a guy here walking his fret here in Zierikzee......I guess everthing is possible.

  5. The Iguana on a lead must have made a few heads turn!
