Pink Smoothie and Fresh Fruit Popcycles, and Cocoa and Coconut Milk Popcycles!

Delicious: Red organic raspberries, blue berries, non dairy coconut milk, almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp, flax seeds...

and half a frozen banana, blend together to make a great healthy breakfast!

Vegans can also have treats! I bought these popcycle molds at Ace Hardware store, as my grandkids were coming for a visit; and I wanted to make fresh fruit popcycles for all of us to enjoy.

One squeezed organic orange + some organic banana slices = one popcycle!

And these cute crayola molds I got at the grocery store in Wal-Mart.

They are filled with a mixture of canned non dairy coconut milk and raw organic cocoa!

Cute and delicious!

The kids came and they loved eating the popcycles in the back yard sharing the hammock!
